Ubnbelievably, Amiya ate a bowl of spinach last night. In an effort to consume more iron-rich foods, Mommy and Daddy are eating more spinach. Last night was the 80's favorite spinach salad with bits o' bacon (we used prosciutto) and a slightly tangy dressing. Daddy said we could make it again any time, Mommy even took extra spinach to finish up the rest and Amiya only somewhat grudgingly finished her bowl.
Three different ways of saying it was good. Three points for the 80's!
