Witness the trauma we put our daughter through last night. You'd think we played The Godfather or a Stephen King movie for her. But no, it was The Polar Express. That's right. A charming, computer-animated, G rated movie. There was finger-gnawing, mouth-covering, pleas for explanations and even nose-picking. And this was all within the first ten minutes of the movie because that's all she let us watch before it got to be "too 'cary!!!" And so, if you all could take up a collection and send us money for more of the Disney Princess videos, we'd be much obliged. We have to fast forward through about half of those as they can be "too 'cary," too, but at least there's no nose-picking or finger-gnawing when Cinderella graces the screen.
