Amiya had a good time at the pool "fwimmin" today. She learned to pull herself up on the edge so she can get out on her own and she did it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.... She's got cute little tan lines on her shoulders now and is sure to be wonderfully tan for her Uncle Mikey's and Aunt Melody's wedding.
Tonight was ‘paté in the park’ night. We packed a picnic and biked to the park for dinner. Amiya had liver sausage and thought it was paté – a taste she acquired in France. She’s none the wiser to our Oscar Mayer switch and we’re happy to keep it that way. She loved eating at the picnic tables – she’s always sitting there while we’re at the playground.

On the way home, Amiya yelled at Mommy every time we went over a bump and was overly concerned about Daddy when his bike was out of her field of vision. As we turned the last corner by our house, she yelled, “Are you be careful wif your bike, Daddy?” No questions about it – she’s a Daddy’s girl.
